Solution
To cater for the 33 UK locations, we created three touring pop-ups where advisors could take time from their day to have fun exploring the latest devices with product specialists. The advisors could practically test the latest features through hands-on training and environmental design, such as the nightography cube, allowing them to see the low-light photography features in real life. As well as win giveaways with friendly team competitions on our ‘High-speed hitters’ game
A scaled-down version of the experience was created for Indian and Indonesian contact centres to allow for easy shipping and setup.
Results
With a record number of attendance, the project received amazing feedback from the client, channel managers and attendees, with an overall NPS of 9.5 and a significant increase in registrations on Samsung’s online training platform.
